An oil change and tire rotation, however they couldn't do the tire rotation because they informed me the tires were all 4 split and dangerous to drive on. I had no idea. Thankful they let me know before I had a blowout.

Charlie always takes care of us. I took my GMC Canyon in for a new battery and noticed that one of my tires had low tire pressure, but forgot to tell Charlie. Picked up my truck with the new battery installed and noticed the tires had been aired to the correct pressure. Credit to the service tech for going above and beyond!

They worked really hard to take old running boards off my Acadia and install factory recommended boards. Did great job and dealership loaned me a vehicle because it took longer than expected to install.

The issue was determined quickly, parts were ordered that same day. It took a few days for delivery of parts probably because of the weather. They setup an appointment and the issue was completed quickly. Thanks again Sandmans crew.
