Dealing with Sandman's is always a pleasure. Everyone's very nice and they really know how to take care of their customers. Yesterday I took my title work to the BMV and while there, the lady waiting on me was even complimentary about Sandman's. She told me that Brent (Sandman) has been known to come into the BMV to personally help his customers take care of their needs. How awesome is that? From buying a car to getting it serviced, we've never had a problem and would highly recommend Sandman Brothers to anyone.

Just a routine oil change and tire rotation but, as always, Charlie Ayers and Jess Ford in the Service Department took great care of my vehicle and were able to squeeze me in and offer me a courtey car (brand new GMC Terrain with 46 miles on it) on 2-days notice SO... I'm very satisfied with the their customer service accomodation. Well done TEAM SANDMAN!!

An oil change and tire rotation, however they couldn't do the tire rotation because they informed me the tires were all 4 split and dangerous to drive on. I had no idea. Thankful they let me know before I had a blowout.
